ProLiance Energy provides natural gas service to industrial and commercial facilities, school systems, hospitals and other service based companies, including ProLiance ProSelect customers. We also serve a large number of natural gas distribution companies as well as electric utilities and power generators. ProLiance's extensive interstate pipeline capacity enables us to access supply from the major U.S producing regions including the Rockies, Gulf Coast, Gulf of Mexico, Midcontinent and Southwest. ProLiance also has indirect access to production originating in Canada through purchases off of Canadian import pipelines. ProLiance contracts for supply with over sixty counterparties across fourteen interstate pipelines, five intrastate pipelines, and multiple LDC city gates. Our storage and transportation assets in the Gulf Coast region also provide us with direct access to LNG related supplies from new and existing LNG receiving terminals. This supply and transportation diversity provides reliable, competitively-priced natural gas to our customers in our sales territory.

Natural Gas Services
We are a reliable natural gas supplier, prepared to meet our customers' natural gas requirements. By effectively utilizing physical and pipeline storage, and with thousands of transactions per year on fourteen interstate and five intrastate pipelines to sell and transport an average of 1.0 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day, we are prepared to meet our customers' firm and interruptible needs for reliable energy and transportation services. Pricing Flexibility: Full-service commodity procurement on a daily, monthly, annual or multiple-year basis with a variety of pricing options, offering our customers the flexibility necessary to best fit their consumption patterns.
NYMEX: Options to convert an existing floating basis or index position to a fixed price position during any portion of the existing contract.
Basis: Ability to lock in basis while having an open floating NYMEX position. Available on a monthly or term contract period.
Index: In specific markets, flexibility to purchase gas that is tied to a field zone or market zone index.
Scheduling: We provide pipeline/city gate nominations and delivery to local utilities.
Balancing: We balance our customers' accounts on the interstate pipeline and/or utility.
Online Support
We provide individual online accounts for our customers, making current account information and account management available on command. Through Customer One, our customers can review existing contracts and access invoicing. In addition to various reporting services, customers may submit fixed price trigger requests online to convert floating price positions to a fixed price.
